TRACIE WELCH BRENTON
Tracie Welch-Brenton is the founder of Marketing LOGIX, a sales and marketing company that encompasses both digital and real-world sales, integrated with marketing strategies. Tracie has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience and has worked with hundreds of small to medium-sized businesses across a range of industries. Tracie has a passion for strengthening companies through an approach that goes beyond what others offer.
Her unique, hands-on approach to marketing and sales has helped organizations realize critical goals:

Before forming Marketing LOGIX, Tracie was the Sales and Marketing Director of the Houston Business Journal (HBJ), a publication of American City Business Journals (ACBJ). In her 18 years at the Business Journal, Tracie managed the circulation sales team, fostered relationships with professional associations chamber of commerce, local and national media outlets. She also managed the event team who produced over 24 events annually. During her tenure, she produced testimonial campaigns for many of the publications nationally.
Tracie plays an integral role in Houston’s professional marketing community. She has served on the board of the American Marketing Association Houston Chapter as President Elect (2015-2016), President (2016-2017), Immediate-Past President (2017-1018), VP Communications (2014-2015), and CMO Leader (2017-2019). When she was Chapter President from 2016-2017, AMA Houston received Gold Chapter of the Year and was recognized as a top-performing chapter among 78 national chapters.
Kelly Sharer is a Marketing Manager for Marketing Logix and helps clients by developing high-level strategies that integrate the sales and marketing process for a seamless solution. Kelly has experience working with top brands at companies such as Frito-Lay, Nabisco Biscuit Company and Kraft Foods North America as a brand manager and sales leader. During her time at Kraft and Nabisco, she was honored and received top awards for innovation, strategy development and management.
Kelly has an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg) with a concentration in Marketing and e-Commerce & Technology and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin with a focus on Marketing and Management. She is currently attending Rice University to attain a certificate in Digital Marketing.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family. She has been a publicly elected official for the Indian Springs Village Association, since 2007. She can often be seen serving the community with her children through the National Charity Roundtable and National Charity League, where she took on the role of VP Communications. Kelly is also active as a Girl Scout troop leader and Gifted Youth Officer of the Gulf Coast MENSA Teen Council. She is an active supporter of local schools by serving on PTO executive boards, judging Conroe ISD EfTA SCI://TECH science fair and DECA (marketing) competitions, and coaching and judging FLL robotics teams.
Digital Marketing Strategist
Brandi Taylor is a digital marketing strategist for Marketing Logix.
Brandi coordinates digital marketing strategies, campaign analytics tracking, website development, search engine optimizations, and paid advertising campaigns. She enjoys staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
Brandi brings more than 10 years of professional experience, working as a marketing strategy consultant for some of the most elite digital marketing firms in the U.S.
In her free time, Brandi enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, volunteering at equine therapy programs, and training her dogs for pet therapy volunteer programs.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Debbie Dodds is a digital marketing specialist at Marketing Logix.
In her role, Debbie coordinates social media placements, content, email blasts, and blog posts for the firm’s clients. She enjoys the fast-paced environment and the opportunity to learn the next social media trend or new marketing platform. Debbie brings years of professional experience from a variety of industries, including television programming and financial reporting.
Debbie is a SUNY Plattsburgh graduate with a BA in Communications. When she isn’t coordinating content for clients, Debbie enjoys playing tennis, cheering for her son on the baseball field, or supporting her daughter’s professional theatre aspirations.
Accounting & Office Administration
Melanie has more than five years’ experience in Bookkeeping and more than 20 years’ experience in Administrative Services. Before joining Marketing Logix, Melanie spent over 20 plus years working in Human Resource, Office Management and Administrative Services for large and small businesses including Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children’s Hospital, & Therapy Track.
Melanie is a Houston Baptist University graduate with a Bachelorette Degree of Science with a double major in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. Along with helping and nurturing others, Melanie volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo on two committees and RaiseUp Families along with serving on the board of the Spring Board Civic Pool & Swim Team. With these volunteer activities children are given the chance to better their education and their lives.
Chief Wellness Officer
Teddy has more than 6 years (42 years in dog years) of experience in making people happy. In his spare time, Teddy enjoys going for walks, chasing squirrels, and sleeping.
